We were at Susan and Andrew's house for a summer party and the kids were playing. Here is a video Kevin made.

Halloween

I am going back since I feel like I have missed some fun things but haven't had time to post them!
Halloween was so fun! Cole was Super Why this year! Dailey was a little Ladybug and Kevin and I were Johnny Lingo and Mahanna. On Halloween day we woke up and went to Cole's soccer game and than went to Creig and Mind's for the annual Halloween party. Where we ate Dinner in a Pumpkin and played games. It still weird's Kevin out to eat from the pumpkin but I sure love it.
Here are some pics. Oh did I mention I helped my Mom sew Cole's costume. It was fun to attempt it by myself but than I had to go to her and have her really make it into a costume.
Thanks Mom!
Happy 30th Baby
Kevin turned 30! He went to work and got off early and we all headed to the Zoo. Cole has not been since he was a baby and Kevin had not been in a very long time as well.
We had fun seeing the baby elephant and watching the Gorilla's eat the yellow pages. Yes the yellow pages. It was so funny to see them tear out a page at a time and shove it into their mouth.
We did miss the hippopotamus. I guess they don't have them anymore. I really wanted to show Cole. Darn. And also the classic drinking fountain out of the Lion's mouth was not open.
It was a beautiful Sunny November day. We went from the Zoo to dinner with some of Kevin's family and than came back for cake and Ice Cream. We also picked up a redbox movie, GI Joe to watch later that night. It was a fun day and we loved spending it with you Kev.
You are the best husband and Dad ever. Love you!

It's What Fun Is...
Saturday afternoon we went to Lagoon. We arrived and boy was it packed. I could not believe it. I thought Frightmares was suppose to be less crowded. It was a nice day so that is probably why it was busy. Kev, Andy, and Liz took Cole on the Tidal Wave first. He was a little afraid but he liked it. Than we took him to all the kid rides. You could not wipe the smile off his face. He just loved it.
Dailey was great too. She hung out in the stroller and when she had enough of that we would hold her. Kev and I really only rode one big ride ourselves the rest of the time was watching and riding with Cole. But that was the fun to see him ride all the rides and just love it.
Amber and Maddie came too! Cole and Madison had a great time. There was a couple of rides where they had a "little moment" where they were fighting over who controlled the ride. But all in all they did great.
I seem to get pretty uptight in crowded places when Cole is on the loose! Something I need to work on, I guess. But it was a fun day!

The Pumpkin Patch
Monday night we went to the Pumpkin Patch. We got there about 7 which they close at dusk. (Sorry Creig and Mind) Who knew. So we had to make our selection pretty quick. We did pack a flashlight to help us pick just the right ones. Well let's be honest Cole just wanted to ride in the wheelbarrow and run around. He really did not care which pumpkin he got. We were checking out and weighing our pumpkins having a good time, but boy were those workers in a rush to get us gone or maybe they were just being helpful? The worker girl was at our car trying to throw the pumpkins in the back when we let her know we have to put our stroller in first. Than she grabbed the wheel barrow to take it back, Oh wait still a pumpkin inside.
Great Anniversary and Conference Weekend!
Happy Anniversary Babe!

We dropped Cole off at my Mom's house in the early afternoon. Than Dailey, Kevin and I headed down to provo to have an early dinner and go to the BYU game.
We ate at the Brick Oven and also had a chance to walk around the BYU Bookstore.
I love night games but boy was I tired on our drive home.

After Saturday Session of Conference, Kevin went with his Dad and Brother and Brother in laws to dinner and than to Priesthood. While the kids and I joined the rest of the Girls for some fun at my parents house. Usually we do a craft while the kids play. This time we all made FHE packets one for each family. It was great. The boys got home and we did the recap of Priesthood Session and made our Candy Carmel Apples. Yum.
Coleman and his cousin Maddie playing Conference Bingo.
We had Conference on the entire time but I will have to say I will need to go back and listen since I am pretty sure I missed half of the talks!
I am really not sure why it is underlining everything.

B-Y-U Cougars!! Roarrrrr

Last Saturday Coleman and I went to the BYU game. We drove down with my dad, mom, and Brian. As we walked into the stadium Cole started yelling "Go BYU!" over and over again. It was so funny and I liked seeing him excited about the game. We were there plenty early so we walked around for awhile and ran into the bin of footballs for sale. Of course we had to buy one and Cole wanted the football with a cougar on it. Then we headed for our seats.
Once we got to our seats I thought the cheering for BYU would continue but shortly after the game started and BYU scored, Cole asked, "Is it over?" I had to explain that it had just gotten started. Then he said, "I want a drink, please." So we headed out and got some rootbeer and got back to our seats. He did awesome for most of the first half but began getting restless. He wanted to go out. I held him off as long as I could but when he said, "I need to go poopy, Dad." we had to head down. Since the first half was almost over, we hit the restroom and then went outside the stadium to play on the grass.
Cole's favorite thing to do on the grass right now is to play football, except Cole calls it "tackle." So we are outside on the grass and we play a great game of "tackle." It was so much fun and he used a lot of energy running around. When I heard the game was starting back up we headed back in and enjoyed the second half with Grandpa, Grandma, and Uncle Brian. The games can get so long for kids but Cole was awesome and so much fun.
We also ran into Uncle Creig, Aunt Mindy, Jake, Natalie, and Hannah before and after the game. Then we ran into Uncle Ben, Aunt Rachel, Tyler, Ryan, Morgan, and Abby at halftime. Cole loves all of his cousins so it was fun to run into them at the game.
So, it was a great day at Lavell Edwards Stadium. Great weather, the Cougs won, Cole was so much fun, and we were with family. The only thing that would have made it more fun was if Mom and Dailey could have been there too!
Go Cougars! Roarrrrr!
Kevin
