We went and saw the floats at the south town expo. I have gone for the last several years. It is a nice way to see the floats in the air conditioned building. I haven't actually taken my kids to a parade in quite some time. ummmh. maybe I should. But they do like to see the floats.
We got up to a float that was a u of u float and they were handing out balloons and they had a U on them and said pack 12. I asked Cole if he wanted one and he responded quickly with a big NO!
Than without missing a beat he said "I wanna throw a dart at it".
It was pretty funny. I sent a pic to Kevin with what Cole had said about the balloon and Kevin told some of his co-workers. (He is working in provo right now) One guy said, "aah, A proud Dad Moment".
These are some blurry photos with my phone. We also saw Shawn Bradley at the expo.

Birthday themed parties...
As I was thinking about Dailey's upcoming birthday I was trying to remember what we have done in the past. I thought I might jot it down here so I can remember them later on.
I don't remember in years past what I did for Cole's so I guess it is good to write it down.
Coleman:
Football cake
5 year old party- Star Wars-Dunford Chocolate Donuts with star wars figures on top
Party was at Trafalga with family
Dailey:
1year old party- Cupcake theme cake
2year old party- Bubble Gum themed party and cake
3year old party- We will be doing a pool party theme
Lucy:
1year old party-Ladybug cake and ladybug games

Sunday...
Last Sunday the kids were all ready for church and all I could think of was how dang cute they are and how they are growing up too fast. Oh How I Love them!!!
4th of July Week....
We had a very fun week! It started out on Tuesday the 3rd. Kevin got off a little early to meet me for our doctors appointment for our ob check up on our baby boy. Than the 4th we went to the Dearden's for a delicious breakfast and than the kids had a blast playing on their slip n slide.
We followed that fun up with going to the Bush's for some more water fun. When we pulled up they were playing waterslide baseball. It was so fun and Kevin did not hold back on the slip n slides as he ran to the bases.
We later went to Leatherby's for dinner and watched fireworks that were being done by practically everyone around Grandma and Grandpa Bush's house.
Later that week Kevin worked only half day on Thursday and was off on Friday so we continued to play. We went to Seven Peaks one day and the mountains for some yummy Tin foil dinners.
Oh we have loved this week!

Jay White AKA Neil Diamond and Fireworks...
We went to the Taylorsville Fireworks. I am pretty sure they do the best fireworks. I am not even biased since I don't live there. We went early and ate dinner on the lawn and played games while we waited for our favorite little free concert to start. Jay White performed and he really is better than Neil Diamond. He does such a great job. The Bush family joined us as we rocked out to Neil.

Bear Lake 2012...
We had an amazing time with family at Bear Lake this year. We went the second to last week of June. The weather was actually really great for June. We rented a boat and tubed and wake boarded the entire day away. The kids absolutely love the pools and of course Grandma and Grandpa's treasure hunt is always at the top of the list.
